Currency - Prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and GST inclusive.

Warranty - we offer THREE months warranty against all manufacturer defects only. We are not able to offer warranty for goods damaged from everyday wear and tear.

Returns – We aim to be as flexible as possible and will accept returns of unused items which are in original protective packaging within 3 days of receipt of goods. All manufacturer defects are covered by our warranty for a period of THREE months from date of purchase.

Delivery – We deliver within Singapore currently. All products are dispatched within TWO business day of receipt of order. For urgent orders, please call us to see what we can do.  For orders outside Singapore, deliveries will be dispatched via Track & Trace courier services. We will call you to confirm estimated delivery duration.

If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective we will arrange for return freight. However if you simply change your mind, its only fair you cover all relevant freight costs for returning good to us.

Privacy – We hate spam as much as you do. Your personal information is very safe with us. We will not disclose any information you provided without your consent to persons outside of our organisation. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included on our email database for future offers and new products.

Payment - We accept payment by various options:

1. Direct Bank Transfer into our OCBC Account # 5317 3074 5001.  Please email us at info@balancingact.asia once you have made payment transfer.  We will dispatch your order once payment is received.
